All Beamish Honey is local, raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, never heated premium quality honey from our own hives located in Oro-Medonte, Ont. A limited amount of honey is collected and available for sale each year. Once it is gone there won't be more until next July/August.

We have come up with our own "cold" chili pepper infused raw honey. Unheated, honey maintains all the natural enzymes and nutrients that raw honey is known for.

All natural honey will crystallize eventually. To restore honey to its liquid state, place jar of honey in a pan of warm water to the level of the honey letting it warm up slowly. Please never microwave raw honey, it destroys the amazing nutrients and enzymes.
